Let My Lifesong Sing

Last Thursday Mike and I went to Fort Wayne with my mom & dad and Ashley to see Casting Crowns and Building 429 in concert. Of course we stopped at Fire Mountain to eat on the way which was delicious as always. :) I knew we were in for a good show because these are two of my favorite groups.

Josh Bates (who I had never heard of) was the opener and was really good. The whole concert was awesome, but Casting Crowns was just incredible. Mark Hall (the lead singer) was so inspiring. It was an amazing time of worship and fun, and even though it ended up being a really late night it was definitely worth it!

I highly recommend their new CD "Lifesong." It is excellent (I can't stop listening to it)! Just like their first CD, every song is good. Below are lyrics to one of the songs that truly touched me (I bawled through the whole song at the concert).
