The Chinese Cycle

I LOVE Chinese food. I used to swear it would make me "yak," but I've evolved since then and come around to it. I seem to go through this cycle though, of craving it like crazy, and then eating so much of it that I swear I'll never touch another egg roll again in my life. Mike and I haven't had Chinese in probably close to a year and have been saying for months that we felt like it. Finally on Saturday we went to our favorite Chinese buffet and pigged out (crab ragoons...mmmm). Today, as my co-worker was re-heating her leftover Chinese food I thought "ewww, I don't care if I ever eat Chinese again!"
